You may also request to transfer a session to a future date if notice is provided 24 hours in advance. One-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable due to resource allocation and personalized scheduling requirements.

Digital products include a 14-day review period from the date of purchase. During this time, you may request a refund and approved amounts will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. After the review period, no refund requests are accepted due to immediate access and licensing terms.

5.3 Goods

If a physical item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. For non-defective items, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unopened and in original condition; shipping costs are your responsibility.
